Our Story
HCS Partners was founded by Alicia, a Registered Nurse trained in France, and her partner, with a shared commitment to improving the way disability support organisations operate.
Alicia’s journey began in the French healthcare system, where she spent 10 years working across oncology, surgery, rehabilitation, home care and intensive care. These experiences shaped her strong clinical foundation and her deep understanding of what quality care truly means.
In 2024, her career led her to Australia, where she worked as a Care Coordinator and Team Leader for an NDIS provider. There, she developed specialised expertise in documentation, compliance, service coordination and team supervision. She quickly identified a recurring challenge within the disability sector: providers were overwhelmed by administrative tasks, leaving less time for what truly matters — supporting participants.
In 2025, driven by this insight, Alicia and her partner created Health Consulting Solutions Partners. Their vision was clear:
to offer external administrative and organisational support so NDIS providers can save time, strengthen their service quality and remain fully compliant.
Today, HCS Partners supports providers of all sizes with tailored solutions that simplify their workload, improve efficiency and allow teams to focus on participant care — where their impact is greatest.
