- Clinical documents are prepared but must be validated by an AHPRA-registered nurse or clinical coordinator.

Operational Support
- Creating or optimising internal procedures
- Conducting compliance checks
- Preparing for internal audits (file review,updates, evidence structure)
- Supporting incident management (reporting, follow-up, closure)
- HR administrative support:
- Tracking SW documents (certificates, training, WWC, NDIS checks)
- Ensuring mandatory training is up to date

Communication & Liaison
- Acting as an administrative point of contact between teams, participants, and families
- Sending reminders (appointments, missing documents, deadlines)
- Providing simple administrative instructions
- Responding to basic non clinical enquiries

Quality & Compliance
- Reviewing participant files according to NDIS standards
- Preparing compliance checklists and audit documentation
- Identifying missing or incomplete documents
- Helping maintain up-to-date and coherent records
